We want you to love your Karol G merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
